At Southern Technical College our Digital Design program places an emphasis on developing your capacity for critical thinking and helping you gain skills like perception, interpretation and inventiveness while you gain an understanding of digital design business practices.

In the graphic design courses, you have the opportunity to learn industry standard software applications, such as Adobe Creative Suite 5® software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, InDesign and Dreamweaver) and learn how to use these programs to solve design problems. You can also learn to sharpen your ability to visually translate ideas of an intended message to a targeted audience as you prepare for a career as a digital designer in a wide range of employment settings.
