Bay State College is a for-profit career college in Boston, Massachusetts. Bay State College opened in 1946 to serve the airline industry. In 1961, it moved to its current location in the Back Bay. In 1975, it was first authorized to grant associate degrees by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and, in 1989, it was first accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC).

Bay State College offers Associate and Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Early Childhood Education, Entertainment Management, Audio Production, Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Health Studies, Hospitality Management, Medical Assisting, Physical Therapist Assistant, Nursing and Retail Business Management.

It has approximately 1,100 students (some living on-campus), and a student-to-faculty ratio of 25:1.
