Master of Business Administration - Public Administration

The MBA in Public Administration is designed to prepare students for a professional career in public service. As an advanced degree for the public sector, the PA program provides the requisite training for individuals to serve as managers in the executive arm of local, state, and federal government, as well as non-profit, and nongovernmental organizations. As a 36-hour, accelerated online program, the degree can be completed in 12 months. With a strong emphasis upon practical application of knowledge, program courses are taught by practitioner-scholars bringing executive-level experience to the classroom. All course materials, including textbooks and supplemental resources, are included with program tuition. Students in the program also receive a laptop computer with their first paid course. As part of a university commitment to servant leadership and making higher-education affordable, the first course in the program is offered to students FREE of charge. Upon application/admission to the program, some students might be eligible to receive course credit for professional training/certifications in their field of employment.
