The Ph.D. Organizational Leadership degree offers individuals the knowledge and tools to become a visionary and values-based leader.

This program prepares students to be the next generation of leaders by focusing on coursework in human diversity and ethics, research strategies, strategic change management, team building, and organizational interventions. This work, in addition to learning interpersonal dynamics, leadership methodologies, and a range of related and applicable electives, creates the knowledge base to help graduates realize their career goals.
