The purpose of the Human Resources Management program is to develop the students’ knowledge, abilities and competence to recognize and evaluate the human assets in an organization and manage them for the mutual benefit of employers and employees in a proactive and strategic manner. This major prepares students for career opportunities in areas of an organization including employee selection, organizational change, human resource development, corporate culture, team-building, career planning, safety and health and global human resources issues.
